Nacre International Properties presents marketing information about selected international property opportunities.
The website presents:
- Obsidian Crown, a proposed collection of 49 off-plan homes in Tbilisi, Georgia, sold by Pernefer Group LLC;
- Sekhet Nebu Farms, a managed agricultural leasehold involving rice in the Bono East Region of Ghana, operated by Sekhet Nebu Farms; and
- information about Nacre International Properties and Wendy Morency, its founder and principal.
Obsidian Crown sales are not open. Nothing on this website opens sales, accepts a reservation or creates a right to purchase an Obsidian Crown home.
Information, not an offer
Website content is general marketing information. It is not an offer, acceptance, guarantee, reservation, valuation, investment recommendation or promise of availability.
