Managed agricultural leasehold · Ghana

A place in the golden field.

Travel from the horizon to one documented acre, then follow it through a complete rice-growing season.

Enter the documented acre
Your acre

Put your name to a place you can find.

A numbered agricultural parcel, a surveyed boundary and a long-duration leasehold create the beginning of the ownership story.

The managed season

The field moves. You remain connected.

Preparation, inputs, planting, field work and agronomy are coordinated as one operating cycle around the parcel.

The private record

See what the season leaves behind.

Dates, field activity, harvest lots, weights and source records turn a distant acre into something visible and legible.

Harvest and market

The crop leaves the field. The record does not.

Delivery, acceptance, sale and settlement connect the physical harvest to the annual financial account.

The long horizon

More than one harvest. More than one generation.

The planned fifty-year leasehold is designed around continuity: a parcel, a season, a record and a route forward.

The documented acre

An acre you can place on a map. A season you can follow.

Sekhet Nebu brings land, field work and reporting into one ownership experience. The leaseholder is connected to a defined agricultural parcel, while a coordinated operating team carries the acre through the rice-growing cycle and records what happens along the way.

A defined parcel

Your acre begins with an identity.

Each participation is structured around a numbered, surveyed agricultural parcel held through a long-term leasehold—rather than an anonymous share in a distant pool. The parcel record, lease instrument and cooperative-management agreement are designed to establish what you hold, how it is worked and how it can pass to the next generation.

  • Parcel number and survey/GPS boundary
  • Long-term agricultural leasehold
  • Private digital document record
  • Cooperative-management agreement
  • Transfer, succession and renewal route under the final terms

The private presentation pairs the vision with the available parcel and legal materials, so the land story begins with something you can actually review.

The site, as surveyed

The land as it stands today,
before the first clearing.

These are unedited photographs and short walk-through clips captured on location on 2 September 2026. They show the parcel in its current, uncleared state—wooded bush land ahead of the preparation and first-season work described above. Nothing here is a render or a finished field: this is the ground itself, honestly recorded at the survey stage.

Leaning and broken tree limbs among tall grass and young trees on uncleared bush land.
Dense green shrub thicket at the edge of a cleared strip of ground.
Slender trees and leaf litter beside a bare dirt track through the bush.
Thick low undergrowth with cut branches lying across the ground.
Open woodland with a bare earth path running between thin trees.
Cleared patch of low weeds and grass with the tree line and cloudy sky behind.
Woodland with a dirt track curving away to the right through the trees.
Cut brush piled along the edge of a gravel access road.
Cut branches laid over green undergrowth beside a cleared track.
Freshly cut tree stump in the foreground of a partly cleared stand of trees.
Open woodland with a person walking along the track at the right edge of frame.
Thin trees standing over a bare earth path through the bush.
Grassy clearing with a multi-stemmed tree in the centre.
Young trees and saplings growing along the side of a track.
Sloping woodland with sparse grass cover and scattered thin trunks.
Dense canopy of trees over open, cleared ground.

When the harvest sells, the numbers remain visible.

  1. 01

    Crop-sale proceeds

Record the value actually settled from the season.

  2. 02

    Operating reconciliation

Account for production, logistics, statutory and sales costs.

  3. 03

    Continuity reserve

  4. 04

    Positive distributable profit

Share the positive remainder under the final agreed terms.

80%leaseholder/20%management

Under the planned structure, the leaseholder receives 80% of positive distributable profit and management receives 20%. The result is tied to the real crop and the real sale.

Built across seasons

A life beyond one harvest.

A serious agricultural venture is measured across seasons. Sekhet Nebu is designed around continuity: the next crop, the documented record and a clear recovery conversation when a year is difficult. That discipline gives the acre a horizon longer than a single harvest.
